You must have prior success selling high-end products and conceptual solutions to owners of small to large sized businesses and corporate accounts in a competitive market. You must have experience in managing territory to targeted goals through utilization of a sales pipeline. You posses the ability to progress at a fast pace and retain information in a technical environment. You should be a self-starter, highly motivated, and comfortable selling value over price for a recognized brand. You possess excellent communication and organizational skills and have a proven track record of success. You excel at finding ways to reach key decision makers and closing new business, possess excellent territory management skills and experience building strong long term relationships. You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Must have three years of sales experience, be trainable, and have tremendous desire to earn over $100,000 annually within one to two years.
Consultative selling, solution selling, or past experience selling technology to the construction industry is helpful, but not required. You must have prior income of at least $70,000.
