SITECH Chesapeake, part of the Alban CAT family and authorized dealer for Trimble Civil & Heavy construction products and services is currently accepting applications for a Sales Lead Generation Specialist.
The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the sales process within a designated territory. Builds and cultivates relationships by initiating communications, identifying key decision makers and following up with prospective customers to move opportunities through the sales process. Provides consultative technology recommendations/solutions best suited for a customer’s project requirements. Investigates and resolves customer issues in a team environment. Works with Sales Managers to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals. Maintains awareness of competitor advertisements/services, understands and utilizes software tools and performs various other duties as assigned.
Minimum of one year of direct work experience in a sales/telesales and/or customer support capacity. Experience in the heavy construction equipment industry preferred. Must be able to address customer concerns and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient with MS Office. Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and be able to travel and work flexible hours as required.
